Tiffany Williams has stepped down as an At Large Board Member for the USA Deaf Sports Federation (USADSF). As a valuable member of the USASDF Board since October 2017, Tiffany has been part of Deaf sports for the past four decades, as an accomplished Deaflympian and Secretary for the Track and Field National Sport Organization (NSO), and in several prominent positions for the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) and for USADSF.

Tiffany spearheaded several major committees and projects that bettered USADSF as an organization. She formed the USADSF Medical Commission; strengthened the entire anti doping process for the USA; served as the International Relations Director; played a key role in changing the structure for Deaflympics preparation; and pushed for the creation of Team USA, which now leads all planning and preparation for international events. She was also an integral member of the leadership team for the 2019 Winter Deaflympics.

As a tireless advocate for women in Deaf sports, Tiffany was also a mentor influence for many of the USADSF Board members, according to USADSF President Danny Lacey. Her wisdom, grace and commitment has enhanced USADSF as a whole. The USADSF Board acknowledges the passion and leadership that Tiffany demonstrated throughout her tenure. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.
