This event is for high-grade experienced and elite World Deaf Basketball referees to take part of an extensive six day referee clinic lead by DIBF and FIBA instructors, lecturers and officials.
At the end of the clinic , a selection of deaf referees will be chosen after extensive update training, assessment and evaluation of high standards. They will be awarded the DIBF International Referee License to qualify to officiate at international deaf basketball games around the world, such as World and Regional Deaf Basketball Championships, as well as the Deaflympic Games.
